Paul Krohnert graduated from Francis Marion University in 1996 with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He then pursued a career in the computer industry, starting out as a Help Desk analyst. In 1999, he became a Desktop Support manager. A year later, he became Director of Infrastructure at eTour.com, and remained in that position until eTour.com was forced to shut its doors. After transitioning the eTour.com technology to Ask Jeeves, Paul began working as an IT consultant, offering his expertise in all facets of technology to small businesses in the Atlanta area.
Paul’s technical skills include all of the following software and hardware platforms:
- Windows 2003/2000/NT server and domain administration, including IIS, Exchange, Terminal Server, ISA Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
